Building a learning data strategy that drives measurable impact requires a fresh approach to analytics.

We need to go beyond basic data insight to pinpoint the business challenges that L&D can really move the needle on.

We explored how to do just that.

THRIVE’s very own data wizard, Ian Blackburn, teamed up with Matty Hogarth, Learning & Development Manager at Bally’s, the global casino-entertainment company, to chat about how they’re going from basic data insight to generating solutions to big picture, business-wide challenges.

You’ll hear about:

  • How THRIVE Data Lab is taking learning data to the next level
  • Bally’s and THRIVE taking a consultative approach to analytics
  • The impact that Bally’s L&D team is having on solving key business challenges
  • Practical tips for your own holistic data strategy.
